We are having a lot of fun playing around with different treatments for our Spring/Summer Collection Slip Dress. First rule for this dress...you must be able to wear a bra with it! Another rule - it must be playful, fun and flattering! On this dress we added every single detail we thought of, and of course this is a one of a kind dress because we did put everything on her. Our final design won't have all these whistles and bells! The dress has wide armholes (but my bra doesn't show), a wonderful wide ballet neck with 4 tucks at the center neck for a little bit of a jazzy look. It is an exaggerated swing shape with a 56"+ bust and 70" hips. We went wild at the hem and put in ruched wild pockets at the side between the knees and ankles and it also has some wonderful pin tucking. A great sample and lots of fun to play with! It has a slightly asymmetrical hem length ranging from 47" at the center front/back and 50" at the sides.
