The Artefact Collection draws on the inspiration of ancient adornments which were created not only for aesthetic beauty, but for their talismanic qualities as well. My personal design inspiration in both clothing and jewelry is the Exoticism Movement from the Art Deco era which incorporates tribal and "exotic" elements.
The SERPENT SUN GODDESS Earrings start with an artisan made scored brass disc depicting the rays of the sun with an abalone pendant which is overlayed with a Miriam Haskell vintage Pyramid Brass pendant with 3 serpents on it. High Magic!
They measure 3" High (starting at the top of the gold hoop and they are 2" wide.
