I bought this for myself and according to the measurements thought it would be a perfect fit. Because of the design - gored panels and a twist at the bust, the piece expands dramatically when put on and since the hips are nice and swingy at 66" a tight fit at the bust works.
This is a gorgeous piece and still has the tags attached. I ended up buying the dress for myself in a Size 12 which fits me perfectly. My bust is 42" just for a sizing rubric.
