This is a great new with tags old stock from MOEI. It is a batik tunic or jacket with removable shoulder pads. It is 56" wide and 38" long. It would look amazing over a long black dress or anything black for that matter with a red necklace. I have one and roll the sleeves up since I don't like cuffs.
